It has been tastefully renovated in 2010 and features spacious yet very well equipped. 2 separate lounges allow young and old to have a space of their own. The location of the house allows you to enjoy various cultural events, given the proximity of many cultural and historical sites as well as to rest and relax or sport. A large and beautiful garden is available for guests and an equipped terrace with garden furniture (tables, chairs, barbecue, ...).

Lovely spacious house

We were a group of 8 mature friends. We enjoyed our stay at this lovely spacious house with plenty of rooms. It met all out needs, it was well equipped, clean and described accurately. Lovely peaceful setting too.

WE famille de l'Ascension

Séjour agréable au calme dans cette dépendance du château avec de l'espace pour chacun et bien située pour visiter Caen et ses environs et profiter de la mer. Les enfants ont apprécié les jeux et jouets mis à leur disposition. Avec le beau temps tout le monde a apprécié les jardins.

Très belle maison

La maison est spacieuse, la piece de vie accueille 10 personnes sans se sentir à l'étroit. La terrasse et le jardin permettent de passer des moments agréables et l'équipement est top (barbecue, four, ustensiles, verres, etc ... en quantité suffisante). Seule la cafetière pour 10 amateurs de café comme nous etait trop petite.

Calme et espace

Si vous recherchez un endroit calme et spacieux pour profiter en famille ou entre amis ce lieu est fait pour vous. Maison de caractère avec toute son authenticité. Très bons équipements sur place et logement très propre. Contact aisé avec la propriétaire qui est très réactive. Le charme et l’espace de la campagne, très bien situé aux portes de Caen (5mn) et à 15 mn des plages (Colleville et Ouistreham).

Très belle demeure de caractère.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la maison d'Alix. Elle a beaucoup de cachet et est meublée avec goût. Le jardin est très grand et sa configuration fait que les enfants peuvent y jouer sans risque. Sa localisation permet d'accéder rapidement en voiture au bord de mer, Caen, etc.... Les commerces du rond-point de la Bijude sont de bonne qualité (poissonnier, boulanger...). Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir.

Excellent week-end

La maison est bien entretenue et décorée dans un style ancien, dépaysant. Le grand jardin autour offre un bel espace de jeu pour petits et grands. Nous avons adoré le temps passé sur place et remercions notre hôtesse pour sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse. Je recommande absolument.

Fantastic stay

The property is great. The only thing that is a bit misleading is the picture of the chateau. You're not staying at the chateau but at the home which is a stones throw from it. My colleagues and I were in Normandy for work and the home provided a very comfortable stay for us. The owner was very accessible and helpful.

Home - Far away from home

We felt so welcome and at home! The house was plenty big enough for all 8 of us. We had everything we needed to cook and serve breakfast and late night snacks. The garden was beautiful and cozy. Everything was clean and well-equipped. We will come back for a longer stay some day. We did not get enough of the charm of the area, the people, the food - or this lovely house.

Tres jolie maison

Grande maison lumineuse et calme

Cette grande maison lumineuse, chaleureuse, spacieuse et calme offre tout le confort nécessaire pour passer un très bon séjour. Elle est idéale pour accueillir deux familles sans se gêner. Madame Casal avait prévu un fond de maison très appréciable à l'arrivée. La cheminée est très agréable, tout comme les deux salons. Nous ne pouvons que recommander ce bel endroit très bien situé entre la mer et Caen.

Merveilleux week end entre amis

Nous étions neuf adultes et nous avons passé deux nuits agréables dans cette jolie maison. La maison de Mme CASAL est très belle, tranquille, très confortable, et bien équipée. Il y a un joli jardin et sur la terrasse, nous avons fait un excellent barbecue avec des poissons frais du jour qu’on a acheté au Marché aux poissons de Ouistreham qui est à 10 minutes de la maison. Nous recommandons fortement de passer des vacances entre amis ou en famille avec les enfants dans cette belle maison.
