About this property

(B212) Loft Condominiums

On the main level, you have a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette, which has a stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishware, cookware, and silverware provided. Our loft units also offer dvd player, with a free videotape library, river rock propane fireplaces, and private outdoor decks with electric barbeques. Sleeps 2-4. Please be advised: sofa beds are only acceptable for small children, not for adults, as they are uncomfortable for adults, so we will not guarantee a good night's rest on them.



Located high on top of a mountain at an elevation of 6,000 feet, this 48-unit condominium complex not only offers you great mountain and forest views, but also offers you a great location to start your day from, just minutes from all the main attractions! Our condominiums come in two configurations, studios and lofts. All units come completely furnished and fully equipped with everything you'll need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.







Do you have internet access at any of your home properties? Yes, but very limited! Only a few of our home properties have recently been able to receive Internet access. Due to our remote location and the fact that most of our properties are surrounded by tall Yosemite pine and cedar trees, it makes it almost impossible to receive clear satellite signals, and cable isn't available yet in our community. The system we currently have is a satellite-based Internet system, and is vulnerable to adverse weather conditions. We cannot guarantee Internet connectivity during your stay.

Host never replied to my text about heat and fireplace. Turned out it was easy, but only upon experiment. Carpet is not lovely. 2 coils on stove top did not work. Lots of decent kitchen tools, pots, pans, etc. Place was quiet, yet full of other people. Location is hard to beat. I would stay there again.

We went to Yosemite as part of our 40th wedding anniversary trip of a lifetime. The apartment is in a great location but we walked in & our hearts sank. The carpet in the entryway was filthy. The microwave had not been cleaned from the previous occupants & the whole place needs a major update. Find somewhere else to stay.

You will hear everything the neighbors say or do

The walls between units are paper thin, so you’ll hear EVERYTHING happening next door. Balcony had weak floor boards that felt like are about to give away. Steps to the loft are incredibly steep. The larger bathroom is so cramped you have to turn sideways to get past the vanity to the bathtub and toilet. And the small bathroom has an incredibly claustrophobic shower stall. You’re definitely paying for the location within the park. I would NOT stay at this property again

Great location option outside the valley

The condo's are a bit dated and the walls are very thin but otherwise this was a fine place to stay. It's a bit pricey considering what you're getting but you can certainly pay more and get less if you stay much closer to the valley. It was nice having a kitchen/stove/grill because there are essentially no close restaurants or stores to the condos or the valley. We cooked each night and packed lunches for the day. Wifi was a bit spotty but that makes sense given the location. It was nice to have access to the DVD room for evening entertainment.

Yosemiye West stay

This condo was as advertised. The only issue we would note is that there is a rather strong odor of mildew or mold in the bathrooms and a little odor in the kitchen area. It did not detract from our stay too much - but maybe a deep clean would help.

Perfect location and accommodations

Would highly recommend this property because it was inside the park. Central to Yosemite Valley and Mariposa Grove. Located near the road to Glacier Point. Loft was very spacious and had it's own bathroom. 2 full bathrooms were good to have. The space was updated and very clean. I will definitely stay here again when I come back to Yosemite.

The unit was very cozy and the kitchen well stocked with dishes and cookware. However we thought there were two beds in the loft and there was only one bed upstairs. It was nice to have two bathrooms.

Great Stay

The loft was exactly what we were looking for while visiting Yosemite. We had a minor issue with the stove but ended up getting it to work. One thing I was disappointed with is that it seems like they do not recycle. Being inside a National Park, that was upsetting.
