2 bdrm Strip View Condo Sleeps 6!

The Space

Classic Ceaser's Palace suite motif furnished, Comfy Beds, linens, towels, fully stocked kitchen. Walk to Strip, close to shopping, freeway, airport, bus stop. Rio, Gold Coast and Palms casinos are across the complex. Newly painted complex. Best location for WSOP! There is supply of all items needed to live in house including cleaning supplies. Initial supply of toilet paper is also included. Just bring your tooth brush! Free wifi, cable & all utilities are included in rental.

There are two queen beds and two Versa floor mats that allow six guests for occupancy. Versa mats are camping type and are perfect for short term stays.

Getting Around

Freeway close. Bus Stop nearby. Casinos also offer complimentary shuttle to Strip. Airport is also fairly close.

Other Things to Note

You will love the unit and location. It is on top floor. There are no elevators. Unit has private balcony with stunning views of the strip to enjoy a morning coffee or dining. This is a non smoking unit including the balcony. If you throw cig buds in complex you will be fined. Sorry, my last tenant set my unit of fire with his cig bud. All names of occupants will be required.

Check in time is 4 pm and check out is 11 am. I offer same day check in. Sorry no extension on check out time.

There is smart TV in living room only.
I stay in the unit when its not occupied by guests. Some of my personal items will be in the unit.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Perfect location

Kiran was sooooo helpful as were security at the gate. It was nice to know that there was 24 hour security at the front gate. The condo was in a perfect place for us to get to the Orleans Arena for our basketball tournament. It was not far from the strip and the airport. Also not far from grocery shopping. Since we usually do much of our own cooking when we travel, it was nice to have a kitchen. Thank you again Kiran for all of your help and making sure we got into the unit. We loved having the balcony and watched the new swimming pool being put in. The only negative might be if someone were not able to climb stairs and it is on the top, third, floor. We actually liked being on the top floor. It was very quiet.

Excellent Property Close To The Strip With Pool

We had a great stay at Kirans place in Las Vegas. The apartment was close to the strip and had everything we needed to cook and stay comfortably there for 2 weeks. I would definitely stay here again!

Good location, Not Clean, Not Secure

This rental is in a good location however it is run down and not clean, tiles in ensuite in master bathroom were literally lifting off the floor in second bathroom grout also completely missing in spots enough to allow shifting of tile as you walked on them. Extremely hard beds, we took turns sleeps on the sofa as the beds were so hard. Behind the bedside tables on floor extremely dirty, as well as extreme dust build up on head boards. The top of fridge was covered in thick dust. Only 1 bath towel for each guest for 6 days, towels old and some frayed. Sliding glass door main security lock feature was a shish kabob scewer that you inserted into a whole in the frame. It's hard to believe the owner had spent 4 hours cleaning before we entered the unit. Also the AC unit very loud as well as fridge, staining and heavy dust build up around AC vents at ceiling and bathroom vents. The beautiful common pool and hot tub that is visible in the add was also closed just a small pool that was in need of repainting and not very appealing to use was open, which we did not use due to its appeal. We can not ever see renting this unit again as it is not what it appeared to be in the add. We did video the unit at the time of arrival and departure as we were shocked at what condition it was in and we're worried as this was our first time using VRBO and never did meet with the owner.

This unit is also listed on other websites and receives a 5 star review. Appliances and AC make noise. That is normal. The unit was cleaned professionally. It's hard to believe someone would climb on a chair to check the dust out. There are 2 towels in each bedroom, plus extra sets in linen closet. Melinda could have moved out if she was that repulsed. There are 2 guards 24/7/365. The unit is on a combo lock and very specific instructions were given. I also requested Melinda to contact me via WhatsApp or vrbo as I get charged with out of country phone calls. She still called me. I also made sure she got in the unit.. The big pool is closed during cold season and is under renovation. The only complaint I received was about fridge noise. This review is way out of line.
