Pure insanity! Hotel requested 6 times insisting on knowing my expected check-in time. Once they received this information, another session of non-stop texts followed asking me for the expected check-out time. The texts never stopped with legal notifications and privacy policies and more needless information. Finally, my standard single can pickup truck was forced to park in an oversized lot 10 minutes away from hotel and I was advised to use a taxi service to commute to the hotel. Nope, I don’t deserve this abuse and therefore I never even went to this horrible place. Instead, grabbed a room at a competitor and had a great stay.

Quiet rooms.

Quiet room. But my room was just behind the elevators. Hopefully I’m never at the hotel from 11:00 a.m. to twelve midnight because every single day pool party (just below the suite) is140 decibels. Liked the view with no building in front. Rather airport view than « mountain view ». Matthew was amazing. Except for 3 mornings, no (yelling) kids at the pool.

Work conference

Fantastic property. Matt is an A plus host and very responsive. Kitchen has supplies for four and is sparse. But we had Everything we needed to make 3 meals a day for two all week (including can opener). I almost changed my room reservation location due to another review about noise levels near the elevator. I’m glad I didn’t because being so close to the elevator was super convenient and I found this property to be library quiet for a group with an 8pm bed time. I’m very picky about linens: these are clean and comfortable. The valet can fill up but we only ran into this problem once returning after 9pm on a Saturday night. We used the MGM self park as directed by the host and the front desk was happy to validate so parking was still free. Overall excellent stay that met or exceeded expectations.
