Apartment Description

This two bedroom apartment sleeps up to 6 people is on the third floor with stair and lift access.
Apartment features a generous open plan kitchen, dining and living area with blacony access, split system air conditioning and heating, TV and DVD. A well appointed kitchen with dishwasher, microwave electric oven and hotplates.

Two bedrooms, two bathrooms and for families there is a separate room for the children with TV, DVD and sofa bed.

Master bedroom has a queen size bed with access to balcony and second bedroom has a double bed and single bunks both bedrooms have built in robes.

- Linen is provided as well as bath towels. Extra blankets are in the cupboard if needed.

- Please do not take the bath towels to the beach and only use the bath towel provided on your bed.

Facilites

Split system air conditioning and heating, electric oven and hotplates,Microwave, Dishwasher, Fridge, toaster, kettle, pots and pans, crockery etc, iron and iron board, TV, DVD, clock radio, portacot available,reserved car park, non smoking indoors.

We had a great stay. Beach across the road, walking distance to all the shops, cafe and markets. Very quiet as the apartment is away from the main road. Parking and access was a bonus. Clean apartment with everything you need. Will definitely return.

Great location on the beach and two short blocks from the main street. Plenty of street parking for our car trailers. Debbie communicated everything clearly and the apartment had 2 bedrooms and bathrooms and it was quiet and clean. Perfect for our 2 night stay for our race meeting at the Phillip Island circuit.

I live in Melbourne and love to holiday at Phillip Island as much as I can.
I am married and have three adult children.
We enjoy overseas travel and have been to many places with many more still to explore.

I holiday rent my two apartments in Cowes (Waves Phillip Island) Apt 321 & 110 as well as a holiday house in Cowes (Hideaway by the sea) which are all within walking distance to the beach.

Unfortunately I don't get to meet my guests as I don't live on the island but I do make myself available anytime by phone or email.
I do my best to make both apartments and my house a comfortable and an enjoyable place to stay. I hope you enjoy :)
