Opposite the foreshore this privately owned Penthouse apartment is the perfect place to escape for a tranquil holiday or weekend away. It is less than a 1-minute walk to the beach, foreshore playground, BBQ and picnic area. Cafes, restaurants, shops and jetty. Kids will enjoy the Erehwon Point playground on the foreshore opposite the front of the apartment complex.

The fully equipped modern kitchen appliances include Smeg dishwasher, oven & cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, kettle, all pots and pans, crockery, etc. TV with video/DVD player. Apartment features include ensuite with spa bath, second bathroom, split system air conditioning and heating. All bedding, blankets, electric blanket, bed linen and towels provided. Reserved car park provided plus extra parking available. Paved patio area includes BBQ.

Enjoyable stay

Had a very enjoyable stay in Phillip Island. Really enjoyed the apartment especially the couches. The Apartment Block was central to Cowes and within easy walking distance of shops.

AlohaThe Waves was a really comfortable apartment - everything we needed was there and the apartment had a homely atmosphere, with sea views from the balcony, and within easy walk to hotels, shops and cafes plus the foreshore and pier just across the road. The beds were really comfortable too!

Great place to stay

Excellent location in Cowes, near enough to walk to Main Street for shops and restaurants, but far enough away to be quiet. Also only a 10 minute drive/ride to the Circuit, so excellent option for bike/car racing fans. Spacious, well appointed apartment and overall a great value for money place to base yourself for a Phillip Island getaway.

Relaxing Christmas Break

I had a great time at this apartment over Christmas! It was easy to find, had on-site parking and the apartment had all of the amenities to feel like you were right at home. The view is stunning and the apartment block is quiet, safe and conveniently located walking distance to the main strip of shops, supermarkets and the beach. I look forward to visiting again

Great spot

Thanks for a lovely stay. We loved the spot, the well furnished and clean apartment and the sunny balcony. The apartment had everything needed for a relaxing getaway. Being in a top spot means you can park the car and leave it and walk around Cowes. It was great.
