A 3000 sf 4BR/2.5 BA house with a swimming pool, spa, open floor plan, living room with high ceilings, backyard with waterfall, BBQ, Jacuzzi tub in the Master Bathroom, plenty of parking spaces, and walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants. The house is ideal for couples, families, and business travelers. Ideal for *photo/video shoots. (priced separately).

There are five sliding doors (one from kitchen area, two from two sides of living rooms, one from master bedroom, and another from second bedroom) for you to enjoy the backyard, pool, spa, and waterfall areas seamlessly.

In a very peaceful neighborhood and yet surrounded by all amenities of the city. A short distance away from the Pacific beach, Topanga State Park, The Getty Center, Westfield Mall, GlowZone, The Getty Villa, restaurants, theaters, and many more things...

Parties are not allowed. Cannot use any types of sound amplification device at any time.
Spa can be operated between noon to 10PM only. No outside gathering after 10pm.
Pool not fenced. Use at your own risk. Keep a strict supervision on kids or anyone, who cannot swim. No lifeguard, no life-vest, no floating device
