Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home is on a huge piece of property, with lots of usable space inside and out for groups to hang out. Close to Guerneville and in a quiet neighborhood. One caution: the dock was not usable when we stayed there & I only found out after inquiring. It was not ideal, but there is a small nice beach within a short walk. The owner is very responsive, and the kitchen is very nice, although minimally stocked. Hot tub worked great!

Glad you had a nice stay. We would love to host you again. We are sorry the State did not install the Dam. All of our paperwork and every ad we have that the dock would not be placed in 2026 due to the State not placing the dam in the lower Russian River. It impacts all houses below Johnson's beach. We did reach out to all guests informing them of this and again, placed it in all of our ads.. This is the only year the State has not put in the dam. Thanks, Stace

The property is just liked it was described. Very clean and welcoming, we loved the open concept of the home and all of the amenities. This is a perfect place for a family or get together with friends. I would definitely visit again the next time I am in Guerneville!

Came for my 30th birthday and had a great time. Lots of outdoor space and great access to the river. Only thing is take note is the listing mention it sleeps 8 but only has 3 beds.

Good girls weekend spot

The house was spacious, clean and well stocked. The fire pit and hot tub were a big hit. Just a short drive to the main part of town, local sites and wineries. Overall a really great spot.

This was a great place to stay for a family of all ages!

Reflections is a private space with a huge yard. We enjoyed our stay at Guerneville. We were sad to see the River was very low, and not accessible, so we couldn't enjoy the river as much as we wanted.

Wonderful Family Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can't wait to return. The house had a great lay out and was very clean. Loved the openness of the kitchen/living room. There was something for everyone at Reflections. We loved using the hot tub and the canoes.

Wonderful property at the river

We enjoyed our stay at the Reflections property by the river very much. We had our dogs with us, and the house and the large piece of land it's on were the perfect fit for that. The hot tub and the very well equipped kitchen were definite highlights. We will be back in the future for sure!

Issues for me: No Toaster (but a toaster oven that not everyone should use), Sheets on the bed (back bedroom) did not fit the mattress and no mattress protector.

Fall on the Russian River

Thankful to have spent this past Thanksgiving at this lovely property on the Russian River in Guerneville. A giant dog-friendly yard, beautiful setting, comfortable home for our family + friends who joined us.
