River days, hot tub nights, and nonstop good vibes—welcome to Reflections! This bright, open home is made for memory-making, with walls of windows showcasing the backyard and the Russian River.

Cook, snack, laugh, and hang out in the updated kitchen and spacious living area—perfect for big breakfasts, game nights, or cozy movie marathons. Outside, soak in the hot tub, gather around the fire table, dine under the stars, or play horseshoes. Seasonal dock access lets you swim, kayak, paddle, or float right from your backyard.
Just minutes from downtown Guerneville, Reflections is your ultimate riverside playground where days are sunnier, laughs are louder, and the river fun never ends. 🌅🌊

Kitchen - Large & remodeled & has state of the art appliances & everything you need for making fantastic meals! Granite counters throughout w/ a counter height breakfast bar & seating.

Living room - Has a large & very comfy sectional couch w/ a sofa sleeper, a large, Flat screen Smart TV & a wall of windows looking out to the expansive yard, board games. (Fireplace in photo is not useable) Has a Nest heating system

Dining area - Large table, perfect for meals & Game Nights w/ a wall of windows & a door leading to fabulous patio, yard & River!

- Friendly Reminder: 8 people Max day or night - No exceptions - NO Parties/Large gatherings - No Drop-in Guests
- 3 Cars Max day or night
- No smoking of anything in the house
- Quiet Hours: 9PM to 9AM observed by all guests
- PET POLICY - Dogs only/$120 Dog Fee per Dog- Yard not fenced. For both the safety of your pup and the house, please crate dog if you are not at the house. Please clean-up after your dog.
