RELAXED LIVING...this well appointed, renovated fisherman's cottage features two living areas, three bedrooms, log fire and sunny rear well fenced courtyard complete with BBQ for outdoor dining

FORGET THE CAR...all Queenscliff has to offer is only minutes from our doorstep

TWO LIVING AREAS...complete with Smart TVs, DVD/Video player, CD/radio.
Cosy log fire and reverse cycle heating/air conditioner

THREE BEDROOMS...2 with queen sized beds, the other with 2 single beds. All beds have electric blankets. All bedrooms have ceiling fans.

MODERN KITCHEN...with all the stuff...fridge/freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave and extra drinks fridge. Dining facilities for eight.

SPACIOUS BATHROOM... with a walk-in shower, separate bath and toilet.
LAUNDRY...complete with washing machine, dryer, clothes horse, iron, ironing board and additional toilet.

SUNNY COURTYARD...with delightful garden, well fenced and complemented by BBQ and outdoor dining.

EXTRAS...ALL LINEN SUPPLIED..Doonas, pillows, sheets, towels etc. but not beach towels.
