Master bedroom has king sized bed, and 2nd bedroom has full bed. Washer and dryer available in unit. Condo located on 8th floor to enjoy beautiful sunset from balconies. The unit is very new (2005) and it is located on the beach with only 4 miles to Pier Park for movies, mall, and restaurants.

What makes this property unique

Unit includes outside patio with gas grill (located on 3 floor). Free DVD rentals available from kiosk inside 1st floor condo office. Gym is available at no charge on 2nd floor.
