Thank you Leo for your review. We do our best to ensure our guests have a great experience in Duck Creek Village. The fire pit has been a great addition we believe as well.
Clean and accessible. Everything you need is in a cupboard. Quiet evenings and a relaxing week spent.

Disliked: Cleanliness, location, listing accuracy
The battery powered entry lock was challenging. Rooms have taped down rugs, used and broken you can easily fall. On website is NO PETS. I am not sure about that one. Windows are really dirty. Only 5 outdoor chairs to use for sleeping 13 people? Landry room is extremely dirty. Hot water and good water pressure, thank you. General garbage is on the front deck, no lid, attracts insects. The door screen from master bedroom is out of business so you can open the door during the day or at night. No clean porch and furniture for basement room. If you need stability to go into the shower - bath tub you will have a challenge. Kitchen cooking pots are non stick and seriously scratch danger. No "glass" glasses. Almost all dishes and coffee cups are chipped. All included price should be max 60/80 a room. They are building new houses around, you can have noise. We had a good stay because we brought everything with us... Thank you for asking
This was such a perfect cabin for our family. With 4 adults and 6 kids, we had plenty of room, even couch beds to spare! The kitchen was well stocked with every pot, pan and utensil we needed. There is also a wonderful fire pit that wasn’t included in the listing. We are for sure going to stay here again in the future!
Our family of 8 had a great experience at this cabin. This cabin is easily accessable and has a great firepit. Our one complaint was that there were about 5 little black spiders we came across throughout the cabin but that may just come with the territory of being in a cabin in the woods. We will consider using this cabin again on our next visit.
Perfect family getaway! A lovely, spacious home away from home with visiting deer just as sweet as the s’mores. In fridge ice maker would have helped & coffee maker needs to be updated. Everyone was comfortable & enjoyed the surrounding adventures.
Nate was a great communicator with me at all times. We didn’t get a key entry from Vrbo when we arrived and I texted Nate. Took only two minutes to get back to me. Great house. It’s a little out of the way from Bryce and Zion but halfway in between. Roughly 45 minutes each way. Overall a good stay and appreciate the host. Good place to snowmobile and four wheeling.
The grille was nasty. It took an hour and a half to clean before we could use it, The coffee maker was full of mildew and mold. we bought another to use. there was not enough towels. The dryer vent needs to be cleaned. All else was great. We had a really good time and would like to come back next year.Richard

Great location; nice to get out of the heat of Zion.
We stayed here for our 10-day vacation. The location in Duck Creek Village/Dixie National Forest is a great location away from the heat and crowds of Zion. It's centrally located between Zion and Bryce NP making it easy to explore both. It was great to return to the house after a day hiking and sweating in the 100+F temps of Zion and Kanab and have temperatures that were almost 20 degrees cooler. Overall the house was nice, clean and comfortable; with lots of space for us to spread out. Our only issue was with the electric stove; we had problems with the burners not always working or turning off while cooking. I emailed the owners but never received a response (although they got back to me right away when I let them know the patio screen door was bent when we arrived). Also the outdoor grill was a mess and had to be cleaned before we used it.
The only downside to the location is that if you need more than the basic necessities for groceries it's about an hour drive to a larger store in either Kanab or Cedar City.

The cabin was great! Bigger than expected. My family loved it. It was well stocked. Everything that we needed was there. Nate, our host was super nice, easy to contact, and responded quickly to questions. Having three full bathrooms was great. Super peaceful with lots of shade. I loved the added touch of having the baby gates for the stairs. We needed them for our toddlers :) We would 100% stay here again.
The house was neat and clean and the location was perfect. We were 52 minutes from both Zion and Bryce NP. Duck Creek provided beautiful lakes for fishing and we were treated very kindly by the merchants in Duck Creek village.
Very nice location, clean, well stocked except the ice maker was broken. Some wall switches were not labeled, one turned off the TV?? Only one restaurant was open on Tuesday. Would have been nice to know in advance. Mostly a great experience.
Downstairs bedroom and bathroom not cleaned. Had to wash bed sheets and some towels since a few towels had a bad smell. It looked like white dog hair on the cushions of sofa and even in the bed sheets. Main floor bathroom was not very clean. The master bedroom and bathroom upstairs were clean. It’s a beautiful area but busy probably due to the Memorial weekend. We did enjoy sitting outside by the fire pit. This is my first VRBO rental that I was disappointed with.
This was our second time staying at this property and it was just as great as the first. Communication was easy for questions and checking-in. The space is great for spreading out and also has nice spots for gathering to play games, watch a movie, etc. Its in a really nice, quiet location. There are neighbors but you also feel secluded. We enjoyed walking around there and it has easy access to the Village and all the outdoor activities. It's a perfect mountain retreat!
We had a wonderful experience. The location of the house couldn’t have been more perfect. It was beautiful and so close to the National Parks in the area. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, spacious, quiet getaway.
The property was exactly as advertised. There is tons of space. Each couple and adult had their own space and the three full baths meant one was always open. It was clean and comfortable. Really the only drawback was that there was no dishwasher but we knew that going in and since we were 7 adults we just took turns. I would rent this property again.
We had a wonderful stay. The place was perfect for our family as we traveled back and forth between Bryce Canyon and Zion National Park. The owners were very nice and the place had everything we needed and very clean. Would highly recommend and would definitely go back again. It really was a lovely place.
