Pet-friendly garden cottage in Healesville for couples or small groups

Welcome to The Gardener’s Cottage — a private, pet-friendly garden escape in the heart of Healesville.
Set on over half an acre of established cottage gardens, this beautifully restored home offers a peaceful retreat just moments from the town centre, with sweeping views towards Mount St Leonards.

Originally built in 1930's as the gardener’s residence to one of Healesville’s historic estates which it neighbours, the cottage blends heritage charm with modern comfort. High ceilings, light-filled spaces and a relaxed layout make it perfect for couples, small groups or a quiet weekend away.

Enjoy slow mornings in the garden, long lunches on the verandah, and cosy evenings after a day exploring the Yarra Valley. With space to unwind both inside and out, it’s a stay designed for switching off and settling in.

Pet-friendly and fully fenced, your four-legged companions are welcome to enjoy the space with you.

Over 160 wineries and 300 vineyards throughout the Yarra Valley
Four Pillars Gin Distillery, Watts River Brewing and Innocent Bystander
Dining at Healesville Hotel, De Bortoli Wines Yarra Valley and Levantine Hill Estate
