Wonderful situated, very quiet, comfortable in nature but close to everything.
Completely renovated in 2014/2015: 2 new bathrooms, new kitchen, natural stone floor throughout the house, large living room opening to the garden and pool. The living area pool pool house kitchen living room provides a particularly pleasant wellness real. Please note, your guests will want more from. :-) Pool to secure salt, 11m x 5m, depth 1 to 2m sloping, pool house with pizza oven and barbecue, Freebox, wifi, 3 big screen TV, including 2 smart TV, satellite, refrigerator dispenser ice maker, Nespresso machine, stereo system quality, quality appliances, air conditioning, table tennis, table football, trampoline, zipline, games for children, 2 bicycles available, possibility hiring Zodiac 115hp for water ski and ride.
Attention (see photos and comments), the house is rented with "Lumpa" Cane Corso friendly, lovely with the children he is a very good playmate, slightly sticky and cumbersome but so endearing ... He sleeps outside, eats dry food supplied once a day and keep the house.
The five chickens provide fresh eggs every day, feed wheat and maize. The enclosure is far behind the house.
