Mary having been born in AZ and Tony having moved here at a very young age. We know the Phoenix Metropolitan area. We have watched it grow and where everything to do is across the Valley of the Sun. Windsor Place is in the center of it all.

We have a small number of properties that we maintain like they are our own home. In fact, our properties were our homes for some time before we started renting them

Why they chose this property

The Windsor Place neighborhood was first chosen as a residence for our daughter, who had returned from an overseas business adventure. We purchased the condo. Our daughter lived there for 2+ years, then started on her next adventure that took her out of state. At that time, we turned the condo into a rental unit, and we have had great success with hosting people from all over the world.

What makes this property unique

Windsor Place is in the center of the Phoenix Metropolitan area, a short walk or drive to the host of events here. There is covered personal parking space and views of the valley from the 5th floor.
