Once used for long- term leases this apartment is now converted to short-term stays. All new flooring, paint and furniture welcomes you with colors of yellow, gray and blue. Sit on the back deck and enjoy a cup of coffee or chill with a glass of wine. Close to wineries, wedding venues, and beautiful Gallipolis, you can’t go wrong. Visit all of my places in the area on this site. “our little”.

Quiet Getaway

Cozy, easy to get to out in the countryside. Beth was super; on our arrival, power was out due to storms. Went to dinner and power was back. Would stay here again

The mellow yellow was super cute! Nicely decorated and has a homey feel to it. I loved that there was a small deck on the rear of the property with a beautiful country view.

A Gem in the Country

Green with envy

2nd time here! Clean and comfortable, with all utensils, coffee maker/coffee/filters, hot water and comfy bed! Didn't try the tv, the wi-fi was good- perfect for my needs!
