This modern 600 sq ft studio apartment on the historic West Side in Cookeville is the perfect place to stay for a weekend getaway, college visits, local downtown festivities and sporting events! Come enjoy this convenient location where you can walk to local restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, Crossfit Mayhem, Tennessee Tech, and most importantly, Cookeville's famous Ralph's donuts! It has a full size bed, sofa, roomy chair, full kitchen, bathroom with shower/tub and outdoor porch! You will enjoy the historic feel of the loft with the exposed brick walls and tall ceilings! We look forward to hosting you soon!

Great location for waterfalling!

We stayed here while kayaking to Burgess falls and Cummins State Park. It was the perfect location to enjoy downtown too.

Really like the location in the historic west side. Walking distance to all the local restaurants and downtown. The property was nice and comfortable. Enjoyed the sitting in the patio area. I’d stay here again.

This downtown loft was perfect for the 2 of us and walkable to almost everything, nice eating establishments, breweries, shopping. We were only in town for 1 night but the lift was perfect. So clean, super comfy bed, a true 5 star! Thanks and we’ll definitely be back!

Awesome downtown stay

We loved this loft for our trip to Cookeville. It's walking distance to most stuff and easy to to get around. Short distance drive to TN Tech and other parks, like Cane Creek. Dogwood park is walking distance and a wondeful city park with a creek and playground.

This unit is charming and perfectly located among a fun array of restaurants and shops. Beware however, if you suffer from a sweet tooth - it's just steps away from a cookie shop, an ice creamery, a donut place, and a bakery ... you may need many laps around beautiful Cane Creek Park Lake to work it all off! We enjoyed our stay.

This charming loft apartment was warm, cozy and appointed perfectly! The centered location is situated in the quaint downtown. Fire & Vine was a great spot for dinner and cocktails. The bed was so comfy and the exceptionally soft linens were exceptionally clean with a really nice fragrance.Our hostess was extremely accommodating with expeditious replies.One of the best nights in Tennessee yet!Feeling blessed and grateful VRBO!
