Community has lake access from Corp. of Engineers maintained boat launch and swimming area. 14 miles from I-40 convenient to both Cookeville and Baxter TN. Visit Cookeville Boat dock Marina, Burgess Falls and Window Cliff a short drive away.

Adorable tiny home for couple getaway! The lake access was nearby for husband to go fishing when his heart desired. Had most everything we needed but firepit had hole in the bottom of it. Grill and firepit could stand to be replaced otherwise it was nice!

Great stay.

The tiny home was very clean and everything we needed. Had a beautiful view overlooking the lake with very easy access to the lake. Water was clean enough to swim in and very good fishing.
