Open Waterfront North Village of Waterside at Coquina totally updated 2025 Key on Big Bayou, beautiful! Fully furnished- two bedroom two bath condo on second level.Comfy balcony to enjoy the ever changing water views. Lots of amenities, large pool, club house, tennis and use off South Village Yacht Club, many social events to your liking and so many amenities. Bring your Kayak, great launching available or settle back and enjoy all Florida has to offer. Tons of seawall to fish from, enjoy the plentiful water fowl and frolicking Dolphins. Minutes to Downtown St Pete where there is every gastronomic delights on side walk cafes, museum, orchestra, live theaters and movies, shops and the Soccer even the Bucs in Tampa. The gulf beaches 7 miles away, I 275 for access north or south less than 20 miles to Tampa International Airport. Very Important Association only allows three times a year for less than a month rental. Please check for availability for shorter than a month before trying to reserve. Fees paid directly to the Association requires a $150 processing fee, a reservation/lease and an association addendum. Tenant info form, vet records if pet is coming. These forms will be provided once confirmed. Please allow a minimum of five working days to process. Any rush processing costs an additional $50 to the association. Only US dollars allowed for payment. photo id forward results to prop mgr. non us citizens to provide passport and any visa's. /Pet negotiable with fee $250 per pet fee.
Check in not before 4pm unless confirmed and vacate by 11am.

Great stay at Waterside

The condo was well equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Saw an array of dolphins and tropical birds right from our deck. The location gave us easy access to downtown St Pete and short drive to area beaches. Shirley was always quick to respond and very helpful to answer our questions or resolve any issue we had. Hoping to return here soon.

Great stay

Spacious and clean condo just like advertised on internet. Spectacular view! Friendly and helpful neighbors and complex staff. Very pet friendly. Although complex is gated and we felt very safe, it is not in a very good neighborhood. About 10 minutes from downtown and about 20 minutes from the beach.

Hidden gem

Although there was a bit more paperwork and applications to go through at the beginning, it ended up be worth it. The property was in great shape in a quiet community, with a great pool area and a deck with a great view for hanging out enjoying our morning coffee or relaxing in the evening. The neighbors were extremely friendly and there was plenty of area for walking.

Beware

Upon entry, the unit smelled and was dirty. There were crumbs on the carpet, lizard in the bathroom, hair on the toilet. The property manager did have the unit cleaned the next day. She was responsive. But after the cleaning, there was a large roach found in the corner of the living room and garbage found behind the nightstand. The cards to get into the pool, and the unit did not work. We never received our car pass to get in and out. The master bed was foam we think, and very uncomfortable to sleep in and the furniture was broken and falling apart. We contacted Vrbo and we got our money back. We stayed in the unit for only two days and had to find another Vrbo to stay at for the rest of our Christmas vacation. Very disappointing and will never go back.

A relaxing month on Big Bayou

Our month at Coquina Key Waterside North was enjoyable. The pool relaxing, our condo's deck perfect for morning coffee and evening cocktails. Definitely will come back next time we're in the St Pete locale.

What a view!

We have been renting in this region for about 10 years. This is our first time at Waterside and with such a great view. We occasionally saw dolphins and it was handy for our kayak. The surrounding neighborhood was a bit sketchy and not very close to any shops but we always felt safe (gated)and were not too far from downtown. Both the air conditioner and heat worked great. We were missing a few items in the kitchen but generally the unit was well equipped (hair dryer, beach towels, first aid kit, paper products, Cleaning supplies). We would come again if available and if price doesn’t increase too much.

Great Place

The condo unit was excellent. The amenities (beds, sheets, towels) were all first rate and helped to make for a most relaxing, comfortable and enjoyable stay. Being on the second floor helped to avoid the red tide effects. The club house and pool were just as first rate and the staff and security people were all very friendly and accommodating. Thanks for allowing us to stay.

Great view, too many scents

The view from the deck is the main attraction. The condo is pleasantly furnished with basic kitchen. Beds are soft, if you like that. My complaint is the scented candles and powdered sachet all over the house. The first night I had a terrible headache until I found all the culprits, bagged them, and stuffed them in drawers. Unscented laundry supplies and eliminating the cloyingly sweet candles and caustic sachet smells would make this property more appealing to a wider range of people. Without the smells, it is a gem.

Amazing View

The sunrise over the bay was beautiful to wake up to each morning. There were also dolphins swimming in the bay. The balcony is so relaxing to sit on and see the view. The property is a short 5 minute drive from downtown where you can walk along the bay or new pier. There are lots of restaurants in the downtown area. Property has a stocked kitchen and plenty of room. You can also park in front. There is a great pool on the property as well as a clubhouse with a pool table.
