1 new king and 1 new queen beds and 1new hide a bed couch queen size. Sleeps 6. Cable TV in each room and WIFI.
Comfortable Screened porch with two Adirondack chairs.
Dining table for 6. 2 at breakfast bar.
A/C and Fans in bedrooms and living room.
Washer & Dryer. Iron.
One large bath with garden tub. Hair dryer.
Fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, airfryer, free pkg.
Close to shopping centers, grocery, site seeing and fishing or boating. Lots to do in the area.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Dont forget to leave the pool access FOB.

Great host communication and awesome location for us. The condo is one of the better stocked placed we've stayed. We also appreciated the availability of cleaning equipment and supplies so we could clean during our stay. [Some places we've stayed have had all of that locked up.] We hope to be back!

Our stay was amazing! The condo was perfect for what we needed. The host had a lot of little extras that were much appreciated. Having the beach closet was very nice. The coffee already there was a plus. Things you don’t have to pack or buy or think about. Would recommend to anyone.

Overall this was a great place to stay. It was about 15 minutes from the nearest beach. It had everything we needed, plenty of beach gear, the pool was great for our kids, and it was clean!

Really nice two bedroom condo in a very attractive gated community. Clean and comfortable. Special attention has been paid to the decor which includes upgraded furniture and beds as well as wood floors. It’s quite beautiful. We loved our stay. The pool area and grounds are immaculate, the neighbors very friendly, and it’s quiet at night. We would definitely book it again.

Nice, very reasonable little condo in a good location.

The condo was perfect for our family of three that went. Not on the beach, but only took 5-10 minutes to several nice beaches!! Great location for shops, restaurants, and not in the crazy thick of the hustle and bustle!

If you are planning to visit Madeira Beach for holidays or you are a frequent visitor, Madeira Condo is very close to the downtown area and is 5 minutes from the beach!! There is also so many nice places to visit very close from it.

Madeira Beach's 2.5-mile beach attracts devotees of sun and sea, and fishing in the primary sport activity. Madeira Beach also hosts the Seafood Festival at John's Pass, which attracts as many as 130,000 visitors to its celebration of food, music, and arts and crafts.

We have another 4 beautiful studios just 2 blocks from Ipana Condo in Playa del Carmen México just a few steps from the beach and 5th Avenue!!
