Sanibel Holiday requires an applied deposit of 20% of the base rent rate plus all rent taxes plus the non-refundable $50 reservation fee which totals $55.75 with the required Florida taxes. This totaled amount will be charged by Sanibel Holiday to the credit card provided. Your final payment amount is collected by SH and will be reduced by this charged amount. Please see "Rental Agreement" under the Review Rules and Policies section (step 2 of 3) for all of Sanibel Holiday's Policies and Procedures.
***Please be aware that our island is still going through recovery. All public beach accesses are open, there are approximately 24 restaurants now open, as well as a few shops including Jerry’s Grocery. The Causeway is currently under repair with 20 m.p.h. speed limit. Expect traffic delays coming on and off the island. Neighboring homes and condos are making repairs so expect noise, trucks & equipment at your property and throughout the island. Construction noise from interior work in adjoining or nearby units. Some amenities in your complex may be closed. Pickle Ball & Tennis Courts construction began 12/4/23 with a targeted completion of 3/16/24. Estimated Elevator completion date for Building 5 is 1/24/24.***The pool is now open.***
Loggerhead Cay is located on the East end of Sanibel Island, 5 minutes from the Causeway, 2 superior golf courses and all the wonderful shops and restaurants on Periwinkle Way. A short drive away is the Sanibel Athletic Center, library, Ding Darling Wildlife Refuge and many other amenities.
Unit 583 is a short walk through the lush courtyard to the beautiful shell-strewn beach and heated pool. The extensively landscaped Loggerhead Condominium complex also has gas grills, tennis, pickle-ball and shuffleboards courts and all equipment for these sports can be borrowed from the office.
This lovely, well-maintained open concept 3rd floor property can be accessed by stairs or elevator. The condo has been recently updated with all new mattresses and new bedding, 2 new sofas and new a/c.
