This property is a mountain view nested in a jungle reserve in a gated and secure community seven minutes by car from all the restaurants and Guiones Beach.
Its a four bedroom, four bath modern home with a large saltwater pool overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Large covered deck and outdoor kitchen the length to enjoy sunsets over the water or watch the moonlight dance on the water.
There is a separate exercise room and two car garage.
Modern hand made furniture .
There is a washer and dryer that is also available.
There is a surfing, fishing, mountain biking ,jungle hiking, horseback riding, kayaking, paddle boarding, and jungle waterfalls.

Why they chose this property

Quiet with great views o f the ocean on a dead end street between two nature preserves. Plenty of wildlife to enjoy - raccoons, pisotes, birds, monkeys and monkeys. Away from the tourist areas nearer the beach and the dusty roads, traffic, mosquito's, and petty theft.
