Leaving the city for an Aggieland getaway? Enjoy our country retreat, located on 6 acres, for your next visit to College Station. This spacious garage apartment is just 8 miles from campus. Wireless internet. 4K television. Full bathroom with bathtub, toilet and sink. This rental is for the garage apartment (not the house), but includes all the outdoor amenities on the property. Bring the kids and enjoy the stocked catch and release pond and dock. Poles and tackle available upon request. Enjoy the chickens, and feel free to take a dozen free range eggs home to go along with your Aggieland memories. The fire pit (wood furnished) is ready for smores or a relaxing evening under the stars. Access to separate billiards room available upon request. Queen bed sleeps two, but families welcome. One queen or two twin air mattress available upon request.
