Best location!!

This is our second stay here and as with last year we love how close this property is to the beach and shops.The house is comfy and well equipped too!!

Fabulous location - close to the beach, shops, bike tracks and Ocean Grove Bowls Club.My 12 year old son especially liked having the bungalow to himself.The host Rob was very responsive and a pleasure to deal with.We look forward to staying again

Awesome Holiday

This is the second stay for our family. Robert is a fantastic host with great communication. The house is clean and homely with plenty of space indoors and great outdoors seating areas. The location is awesome, walking distance to the beach , river and shops. I would highly recommend a stay here.

Great property close to beach river and shops,location a big highlight for us!Comfortable space outdoor shower great especially as it had hot water.Everything there we needed.Had a lovely week with plenty of beach time and reading on the comfy couch!!

Nice stay. Place is cosy but Rob is a delightful host who presented it tidy and clean. The outdoor spaces are very usable so that provides extra space. I wouldn’t try to squeeze 9 adults into the house, and even though we were worried about 5 adults and 4 kids in a smallish space, it worked fairly comfortably without feeling too cramped, largely due to the outdoor areas.Walking distance to beach was very doable even with small kids, which was excellent on busy beach days where car parks are hard to find.Rob’s communication was prompt and clear, which we were very grateful for.If we were to ask for one thing it would be the addition of wifi, which isn’t installed, but as Rob correctly explains the simplicity of the house is what enables him to keep rates down, which worked well for our group’s preferences in the pricey Xmas holiday season. If you’re looking for a cost effective stay close to ocean grove beach, I would definitely recommend Rob’s beach house.

Fun Family Getaway

Comfortable home needing some maintenance. Off street parking was difficult to access with large vehicles and not appropriate for a boat. Only one toilet located in the bathroom which became difficult to navigate at times. A clothes dryer would be handy in cooler weather. Overall a great stay.

Location and Relaxing Retreat

What a fantastic place to stay.So comfortable with Japanese theme.Great location , walk to beach , river , shops. Two outdoor areas to have dinner and a drink. I would highly recommend a stay here.

Delightful cottage in excellent Ocean Grove location

Delightful, well appointed cottage just a short walk from the river, the surf beach and the Ocean Grove shops. Perfect spot for a relaxing beachside holiday. North facing deck captured the sun and was ideal for long lunches, evening drinks and relaxing with a book. Attractively decorated house had everything needed for stress free holiday.

Incorrect availability

Property showing available when in fact in was not available. No contact, I had to call and sms to confirm after the 24 hours that in fact the property wasn't available and we wouldn't be charged.
