The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Remove personal items and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Broadly, we only ask that you leave it neat and tidy (furniture etc) and if you have used anything, it is cleaned and put away.

A. Benches cleared and appliances wiped and replaced in the appropriate cupboards; b. Cooktop - cleaned of grease, splatter, spills (the bench cleaner works well);

C. Oven – if you have used the oven, clean grease from racks/baking trays d. Pots, pans, oven trays have been washed (Use Jiff and green scourer.) e. No dirty dishes.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

No sand in the house.

Pets cannot be on furniture or carpeted areas (bedrooms) House will need to be vacuumed at the end of your stay.

Great location, and perfect for our stay of 3 nights with our dog. Nice and quiet with bushland views with roos & birds at the rear (securely fenced area for dog), and water views from the front deck. It was only 5 minute walk to dog beach or 10 minute drive to Bateman Bay shops. Kitchen had everything needed to prepare & cook, and super comfy King bed in the main, with plenty of room if staying with a group or kids with several different living spaces. Everything was very clean and easy to find (well labelled switches & cabinets) so would be happy to stay again in the future.

Gables was a great destination for our small group, a thoughtfully equipped and furnished home with lovely outlook. Host Trevor pleasant and helpful to deal with and the home was well located for our coastal walks.

Beautiful home and well presented! We had a lovely few days and we didn’t want to leave. Lots of things to explore and it’s amazing how many kangaroos we saw. The beach is a very short walk from the home.

What an awesome stay we had at Gables...wish we had booked to stay longer! This is a spacious, clean, beautiful and tastefully decorated home. We had everything we needed for a restful and pleasant stay. We loved the wood fire in the evenings and the super comfortable beds. The rear of the house faces a vast nature reserve teeming with wallabies and birds. We enjoyed the many beaches in the area offering scenic views, and bushwalking trails.Communication with Trevor, our host was top notch: he gave us helpful, comprehensive and clear instructions.A stay at Gables is highly recommended!

Perfect getaway
