We had a wonderful stay at Rosedale Beach. The home was beautifully appointed, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was fantastic, just a short stroll to the dog-friendly beach. Hosts were great communicators. We’d happily stay again and highly recommend it!

The house was comfortable and well-stocked with kitchen appliances and crockery etc. Our teenage kids loved their own space on the mezzanine level. The house is impressive architecturally with timber throughout, so nice.

We loved our stay. The house is quite impressive and so close to an amazing beach. Comfy beds, spacious rooms, great showers. The kitchen and BBQ suited our needs. Entertainment options were perfect. The backyard isn't suitable for dogs if they're keen for a swim in a creek but there is a smaller side area that could contain your dogs (approx. 4m x 5m)

The architecture of this house is amazing. Just the combination of simplicity and luxury I love. Calm creek water to look at from the deck/jetty plus gorgeous vegetation. The house quirky and charming. All info re appliances etc good except for the microwave/convection oven, which we just could not figure out. But there's a good stove top plus air fryer so we just used those. Communication with the hosts was excellent and easy.

A great house close to the beach (2min walk) with everything you need - proper coffee machine was a bonus!Bedrooms are good size and great lounge area to relax. Rosedale was a lovely quiet place to stay and short distance from other great beaches, supermarket etc. Gary & Claire were great hosts and super responsive.

Everything was perfect. Location was so convenient for beach and exploring walks and other beaches. Kitchen was well equipped. Rooms and beds so comfortable. The house was so beautiful. We loved it and hope to come again soon.

Amazingly beautiful house and area

Reads at Rosedale is a comfortable, well equipped holiday house very close to South Rosedale Beach. We have stayed twice, in both winter and summer, and would happily return.

Relaxing bush setting

Great location (easy walk to the beach) amongst the bush and well-equipped set-up. House had everything that was needed for a week long stay. Easy comms with Gary and Claire. Would stay again!
