Summer Stay

We loved the townhouse & location. Very safe & comfortable. Property manager responds quickly although we really didn’t have any issues during our stay. We already asked about coming back next summer!

Nope - useless management and dirty place

The place was filthy dirty, hair and dust balls everywhere (games carpet, couch), junk in and between cushions on the couch, dirty toilets, stained sheets and towels and the icing on the cake, the property management was terrible and the owners really didn’t seem to care. This place scared our memories of this trip.

Valerie, I apologize that this was how you felt your stay went. We have never had this happen with any previous stays and have a history of positive reviews on VRBO and other platforms. Unfortunately, you reached out to us three days after a one week stay and never raised these concerns during your stay. We, and our property manager, were in regular communication with you prior to, during, and after your stay and would have absolutely resolved them had you communicated anything during your stay, including having the condo cleaned again. The way that you managed this situation made us wonder if you were more interested in attempting to get a refund rather than actually having issues with your stay resolved.

It took a while to find a place with Ac. The ac worked but not as well as I hoped

If going to co in the summer you must have Ac especially at this vrbo. It is to close to the highway and it is very noisy. The Ac works but not that great.

Best house ever!!!

Our stay at Michael’s house was nothing short of incredible! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with comfort and convenience at every turn. The accommodation exceeded our expectations, providing us with everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. One of the highlights was the seamless access to public transportation. Being able to move around the city easily via bus made exploring our surroundings a breeze. Additionally, the proximity of amenities and attractions made our stay even more enjoyable. We are immensely grateful for the hospitality extended to us during our time. The comfort and convenience provided ensured that we were able to fully immerse ourselves in our vacation experience. We couldn't have asked for more and were always comfortable throughout our stay. Thank you, Mike, for a memorable and delightful experience. Such a great find!

My husband and I loved our stay here! The decor set the perfect mood for a cozy mountain getaway. The home was clean with plenty of amenities and really nice touches for the guests- such a great game selection! We loved how walkable Avon was and the close proximity to Beaver Creek. We will definitely make this a regular place for us to stay on future trips to the mountains.

What a find!

What a pleasant discovery this gem of a condo was in beautiful Avon, CO. The upgraded interior finishes, tasteful and solid mountain-style furnishings make this well-equipped condo a very inviting and comfortable retreat. The attractive great room has a full kitchen, dining area, big flat screen TV and cozy fireplace. The bedrooms are spacious with great beds. The garage is accessible directly from the lower level. The location is convenient to skiing, shopping and good restaurants. Once you try this place once, it may become your favorite destination in this area! This place is a winner!
