Refurbished Poinciana 006 offers a great location with fantastic ocean views. It is central location is with walking distance to the resort, the beach and the front street where you will find all the main restaurants and shops. This is a great place to relax and stay close to the action, Resort to your right and main Marina to your left.

This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is air conditioned throughout, has a laundry complete with washing machine, and dryer, a fully equipped kitchen.

The master bedroom has a king with LCD TV (Austar) and ensuite, the 2nd Bedroom has 2 single beds which can also be made up as a king bed and a LCD TV.

This ground floor apartment has a large open tiled patio area with private BBQ and outdoor sun lounge. It leads onto an open grassed frontage.

Your lounge has LCD TV with Austar installed, DVD player, iPod connection. All linen and towels (including pool towels) are supplied.

To get around the island with ease, you are provided with the exclusive use of a complimentary buggy. You will also be met by our valet service at the airport or ferry terminal and taken to your apartment. This service is also provided for your return.

You’ll have access to all Resort facilities, including water sports*, sports club* and The Kids Clownfish Club*. There are also baby-sitting services available through the Clownfish Club. *Charges apply

Whatever takes your fancy in the food stakes; there are more than ten restaurants to choose from, various take-away outlets, a bakery and IGA Supermarket on the Island. You can also take advantage of ordering your groceries prior to your arrival with IGA Airlie Beach Online and have them delivered to the Island.

Most credit cards are accepted and there are several ATM’s around the Island. EFTPOS facilities are also available.

I was very disappointed. The property did not look "recently refurbished" to me in fact I took photos. Very overpriced for what it was and will never stay at this property again. Bathroom in main bedroom is a real turn off!

Fantastic apartment, well equipped in a great location. Only issue was a lack of communication when our golf cart died and we weren’t informed what was happening. Apart from this hiccup it was awesome and I would definitely stay here again.

A week in Paradise.
Poinciana 006 is conveniently located, close to the main attractions. The use of the buggy made it so easy to get around and the bus stop was close by. We had a very relaxed stay. The big disappointment was the personal pool. The set up is stunning but I didn’t like the look of the pool as the bottom looked unhygienic. I didn’t see any other guests using it . I sent a message to the managers but didn’t receive a response. For the expense I think it reasonable to expect a dishwasher in a kitchen that is described as “fully equipped “. The Coffee machine was a pleasant surprise but I had some difficulty purchasing pods for it after IGA’s stock was depleted. A suggestion regarding decor - too many artificial plants and ornaments. A bit over done for me.

Fantastic location within walking distance of Marina and beach. Beautiful ground floor patio with stunning ocean views. Floor plan was unusual. No dishwasher, despite being described as "fully equipped kitchen"
