Marcella was an excellent host who attended to our requests promptly and politely during our 4 week stay . The appartment is clean, spacious and 10 to 15 minute walking distance from many locations such as the train station, beaches and the historic centre. We picked the location mainly because of the proximity to the train station since we did not have a car.

Great apartment that suited our needs. Would definitely stay again. Well maintained and clean. The only downside, one of the sofa beds was uncomfortable.

Marcella was incredibly helpful from start to finish. The apartment was ground floor (no stairs, yay!) and even larger than expected. No street noise to speak of. The apartment is well equipped, and an easy walk to the old town and a couple of nice beaches. We would definitely stay there again if we come back to Monopoli.

They provided valuable local tips and went the extra mile to ensure our comfort and enjoyment. Now, the location: nestled in Monopoli's heart, it's a hidden treasure. The apartment was spotless, well-appointed, and filled with natural light. Being steps away from Monopoli's historic old town was a treat. Charming cafes, restaurants, and shops were at our doorstep.
