Our stay at this property was pleasant and without issue. It is a nice home that met all of our needs. The property manager was also responsive and helpful. We will definitely consider staying there again when in the area.

Getting away from the Southern heat and humidity!

We enjoyed the weather, having Boulder so close by, the Community Crnter with its amenities for my grandson, and the general neighborhood was adorable.

Family vacation

Great relaxing home and property to come back to everyday after exploring the area attractions. Shelley is a very responsive host and she has her home set up with anything you could need during your stay.

Awesome property and great hosts

We stayed here during parents weekend at CU Boulder. It was a great house. We had a short but easy drive to Boulder. The town was nice with great food. Shelley was a great host. We will definitely stay again!

Serene visit to Colorado

The backyard was beautiful and the kids had a wonderful time playing volleyball and crochet. The hot tub was a highlight of our stay. The kitchen was gorgeous with great finishes and we made some great meals and memories!

Peaceful abode

Truly amazing place! The kitchen was stocked with absolutely anything you might need, and things you never realized you’d like to have. The yard was beautiful with many different places to hang out and visit.

Perfect Landing Pad for a Busy Weekend

This place was everything we needed it to be for a busy weekend. It was well appointed and had something for everyone to do, whether they wanted to rest and relax or play games inside or outside. It was wonderful.

Perfect Family Getaway

This home/property were perfect for a family getaway with our friends! The house was clean, spacious, and fully stocked with everything we needed. The kids supplies/toys were so helpful and the backyard was a huge hit! We would recommend staying here and would love to stay again next time we are in the area.

Great home for families

Perfect spot if you’re traveling with kids. Our littles enjoyed hanging in the fenced in backyard with play set and trampoline. No need to pack toys or games as there are toys and books for all ages. We really enjoyed our time!

Beautiful home. Absolutely best equipped VRBO we have ever stayed out. Everything from snack basket to full array of soaps etc. Great location for Boulder area. Very clean, hugh yard, nice clean hot tub.

Perfect mid size home in serene neighborhood near Boulder

My family of 5 stayed here for 4 nights for a destination wedding in Boulder. The home was very comfortable, clean, well appointed and had a beautiful back yard for outdoor enjoyment. We loved our stay here and found it to be a great location in the Boulder area. Our host could not have been more accommodating and very attentive to our needs.

Great for families

The location is really nice in a quiet neighborhood, that has good access to the surrounding areas, the house was very clean, lots of toys and games for the kids to play with it. Property has just a about everything you would need from a pack in play for babies to multiple coffee and espresso makers. The backyard is also very large and a good place to relax or let the kids run around.

Shelley is an amazing host and her place is fantastic! We were visiting for an event in Boulder and it was an easy 20min drive back and fourth. The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood and has amazing backyard space. Amenities wise the house has everything you would ever need and then some! Shelley was extremely responsive and was great to work with. Would highly recommend!

Good times

As a rental owner myself, I can appreciate how organized Shelley is and how well-stocked her house is. My brother-in-law is a chef and was able to pull together some fabulous meals in the rental kitchen due to the vast array of supplies available and great grill. Shelley responded quickly to any questions I had. We enjoyed walking through the lovely neighborhood and found grocery stores nearby. We definitely are considering stay here again in the future.

Well Equipped, Comfortable Home

4 family members gathered here to visit family in Boulder area. This house was so welcoming and well equipped with anything/everything we needed and then some! We hosted a family barbecue with adults and young kids, and the backyard and inside playroom kept he kids very happy. The host was so good about quickly answering any and all of our questions. The location worked well: it was quiet and away from busy areas, but a quick drive to any place we wanted to go in the Boulder area. Thanks, Shelley!
