About this property

This apartment is my grandmother's xodo, a 20-year-old, with a wonderful view of Lagoa de Marapendi and the beach of the reserve. We provide bath towel and bed linen. Both bedrooms have air conditioning. To go to the beach, we offer the ferry card, which is just across the lagoon and in 5 min will be on one of the best beaches in Rio de Janeiro (ferry already included in the daily).

We do not live in the apartment, but I will be available to help with any need. I love to give tips.

In the condominium also has a mini market, where you can buy the necessary for your stay, use the fridge and stove.

The rooms are cozy, quiet and quiet, tenth floor, for up to two people in each room, bedding and bath. Beach 5 min with a ferry included in the daily rate in a beautiful ride through the Marapendi Lagoon to the reserve beach. Close to Rio Centro, Ribalta, Olympic Park, Juanesse Arena, and Rock in Rio. Condominium with great infrastructure and security. BRT and taxi stand at the condo door. Come and feel at home. We have option to transfer to Airport and bus station.
