River Oaks is a charming property which was perfect for our family holiday. It is well set out with a range of books and games to keep everyone entertained. The grass area and river were wonderful for little people and four legged friends to explore. A wonderful property which we hope to visit again.

Lovely stay, the place was rustic but clean and well appointed. Beautiful surrounds, the kids enjoyed the river and we did a few trips to Booloumba creek/falls/the Artists Cascades.

We really enjoyed our 3 nights staying here. The house was very well kept and stocked with everything we needed. Our boys had the best time fishing, kayaking and swimming in the river and toasting marshmallows on the fire in the evening. There was plenty of room for our dog and for throwing around the baseball. We'd happy return in the future to this special property.

Very welcoming and Elin was lovely. Her garden is amazing and we all had a great time - including our dogs. A short drive away from Kenilworth which is great and lots of lovely walks and places to eat. Very relaxing and comfortable and hope to be back soon

Well and comfortably appointed. The house was clean and tidy. It was great having the space outside with a fire pit area and access to the Mary river. There was a well maintained mown path to the river, and the grassed area between the house and the river was also well maintained and we were able to spend a lot of our time out here playing with dogs and kids. The property was close to Kenilworth which was nice to visit. Well suited to families with pets and we would hope to stay again.

This is a lovely home in a beautiful environment, close to National Parks for walking, and backing onto the Mary River. Kayaks were provided, so it was fun to paddle in the water, sit in the sun and (next time) to maybe do a bit of fishing. The grounds are beautiful and the house well equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday.The home has a lovely old-world feel, and in this quiet setting, it is easy to slow down and just enjoy nature and the people you are with!We plan to return!!

Was an awesome place to stay especially travelling with dogs. Heaps of room for them to run.

Was great to be able to take ours dogs for a swim. Very central to travel to Eumundi, Yandina and Maleny. Loved our stay.

The host was very welcoming and friendly, providing helpful information. Accomodation comfortable and attractive and as it was depicted. The area near the river was beautiful. Our dogs enjoyed the river when we arrived but after the first evening, the river was flowing too strongly for swimming after recent rain.

Beautiful Stay

We had such a wonderful stay at River Oaks. We enjoyed relaxing on the deck reading books whilst watching the rain, and when the sun came out, sitting by the firepit watching the sunset. It was such a great place to stay.
