Dantosa family holiday

We had a family holiday for 14 people with members aged from 5 to nearly 80 years. The property was beautiful, the accommodation comfortable to luxurious, and the leisure facilities were excellent as shown on the website. Apart from the outdoors activities onsite and the National Park, there were books and games for bad weather or quieter times. We had booked for 2020 but Covid put a stop to that and the management were very generous in rebooking us for the same period this year. Derek was an excellent and considerate host, met us on arrival with a splendid table of gourmet snacks, and was quick to respond to questions about minor issues during our stay. We are so glad to have this wonderful experience and hope to repeat it some time in the future.

Peaceful Family Getaway

We had a beautiful family birthday celebration and couldn’t fault this amazing property. Everyone had a fabulous time and the kids all enjoyed running free around the property, tennis court and around the lake house.

Great house & cottage with fantastic facilities

We had a fantastic weekend at Dantosa House & Cottage. The house is amazing, fantastic facilities - the kitchen, large tv, fireplace, heating etc! Grounds are beautiful. We played tennis, went for walks around the property, went on kayaks on the lake, played board games in the lake house and did lots of cooking in their fantastic commercial style kitchen. Would highly recommend Dantosa House as everything you need to stay, enjoy and have fun without leaving the property is catered for. Jane and Geoff the Property Managers were very friendly and helpful. Would love to stay there again!

Family Holiday 2019

We enjoyed the whole property, house and cottage. The bathroom in the cottage was interesting and really could use the addition of an exhaust fan. Otherwise all was great for an extended family get together.

Perfect setting

Thanks to Geoff for booking arrangements and Sam for showing the property. Was perfect place to have quality extended family time (and for my sons to have a hit of tennis). Lovely inside out and surrounds. Would like to try lake house in winter with pot belly stove going. Kayaks a bonus as was chopped would and complimentary wines on arrival. Cheers

Amazing property

OMG.. absolutely beautiful property, our family of 10 celebrated our fathers birthday here, we all fell in love with it, gardens are gorgeous,the kitchen, lake, tennis courts and basketball court all got a good work out. Very warm and cosy, only Criticism main bedrooms bed is like a brick! but the pillows made up for it.

Family Get Together

We celebrated mum's 80th Birthday at Dantosa. It provided extremely comfortable, luxurious accommodation for all 6 families. The facilities were outstanding and above standard. The staff have been helpful, prompt and always available.The grounds are simply amazing and were stunning with Autumn colors. We would highly recommend Dantosa for any holiday.

GREAT CORPORATE RETREAT

We stayed for a work retreat and it was FANATASTIC. Enough space for the whole team for both meetings and team building activities. The owner was extremely friendly and accommodating to ensure the team had a great experience. I would thoroughly recommend this for any work group get away. Everything you need in the one location. We will definitely be back!

What a property!!

What a wonderful property! We stayed here for the weekend to celebrate my wife's birthday and had a wonderful weekend. Right from the initial enquiry on the property through to the service provided while we were at the property, everyone was very friendly, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a wonderful weekend getaway.

A Mountains Paradise

This place is like a fairytale. The property will leave you breathless and the staff are more than happy to bend over backwards in what ever way they can to help make your stay special. We had our wedding here and it was perfect. We made use of the entire property and getting married in such a magical location is something that we will never forget. Highly recommended!!
