Greenwich View Cottages is located in Saint Peter's Bay, Prince Edward Island. We are just a short drive from one of the top National Park Beaches in PEI, Greenwich Beach. Beautiful large sand dunes and excellent north shore swimming! Saint Peter's Bay may seem like a small town (it sort of is), but it has lots to offer, pick up your local seafood fresh from the boats! Visit the landing for some shopping in the artisan boutiques.

Greenwich View Cottages consists of three active cottages on the property. This unit is one side of the duplex at the front of the property. The property has ample parking and yard space for children to run and play.

Great place to stay to enjoy beautiful beaches

The area is beautiful, and while most people head to the national park beaches ( which are great) we loved the beach near the St Peter’s lighthouse that very few people seemed to know about. The cottage was great for my teens and I. Only minor complaint was that internet cut out sometimes, but aside from one online meeting I had we were there to NOT be online.

Beautiful Views

We spent a week at the cottage. Overall, the cottage is a great value. The view of the bay is amazing. The cottage is close to town and all the amenities. We will be happy to come back again.

Lovely cottage, excellent hosts

We just got home from a trip to Canada, and the highlight was our stay here. We've been to PEI many times and never had such a wonderful water view and peaceful surroundings. Sam and Becky are outstanding hosts! They were responsive and so helpful with our questions. We recommend their cottages to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-kept place in beautiful St. Peters Bay.

We really enjoyed our stay! Greenwich Park is amazing and has one of the nicest hikes we did on the island — the floating boardwalk is absolutely spectacular. The cottage has a beautiful view of the water, and we loved watching the sunset right from the front window. It’s in a great location for exploring the eastern part of the island and still close to Charlottetown. The hosts were quick to respond and resolved a small issue with the sleeping arrangements right away. They were very kind and attentive.

Greenwich View Cottages has been in operation since 2000. In July 2019, the previous owners decided to take a break from hosting and sold the cottages to us!

I'm Becky Harding, and I was born and raised in beautiful Prince Edward Island. I have lovely memories of long days spent playing at the beach, digging for clams, picking wildflowers, collecting shells, and sea glass, which I would turn into jewelry. I married a wonderful man, overlooking the beautiful ocean in Cavendish.

In 2009 my husband Sam and I moved to Montreal, but my heart will always belong in PEI.

Why they chose this property

My parents still live here in PEI, so we come back home frequently, which is why we decided it was time to purchase some property. We found these adorable cottages and absolutely fell in love with their charm. They were so well maintained over the years and that VIEW!

Being in Montreal with kids sometimes makes it impossible for us to greet you on arrival, but our property manager helps us take care of our guests when we are unable to. We come home to PEI several times a year, and our family always stays at Greenwich View Cottages. It has become our own home away from home, and we hope that you will feel the same way. Have a wonderful time, and thank you for choosing to stay with us.
