This complex has been closed for a year for renovations. The new Leilani is beautiful , updated and awesome. New pictures coming.

Leilani Condo is a Gulf front oversized 1 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath condo with pull out Queen sofa and and new chair with full twin bed. Newly updated and just steps from the beach. This is the 3rd condo complex east of the Perdido Pass (Alabama Point Bridge) which is next to a preserve. A low density complex with quiet beach front, 2 outdoor pools, indoor heated pool and access to Ole River for fishing, and swimming. The property on Ole River boat docks is restricted for owners only but great for fishing and swimming in addition to the beach front property.
Beach front chairs, umbrella and watercraft rentals are available on site.
Upon entry, the stunning view with floor to ceiling glass will take your breath away. Enjoy ocean breezes and dophins playing in the water every day.
A new fishing boardwalk has just opened at the Perdido Pass Bridge. Enjoy beaching, boating, and fishing. There are shops and restaurants close by.
NO key hassle - NO - waiting in line to get or return key. There is a lockbox on the outside of the condo.

Heaven on Earth

We had a great time and really enjoyed the condo. Only a short walk to the beach which we really enjoyed. We had one issue with the lock on the door during our stay but Gail worked to get it resolved quickly. Would recommend to a small family/group for a beach trip.

Great place to stay. Loved the condo and decorations. The bed was super comfortable, so was the pull out twin bed. The view was beautiful. The beach was crowded in front of the building, but a short walk west towards the Point was completely empty. Pool was great, and the walk to the beach was very short.

Nice location directly looking out on the ocean from balcony. Condo could definitely use some updates- paint chipping on some walls, floor broken on balcony, rusted chair, broken table on balcony. Overall, great trip and beautiful area!

Good place close to beach, family oriented not crowded, stayed here multiple times before. Should take down tag numbers cheap parking passes fall off and you get a notice of tow , kinda pissed me off after the price paid for it.

Beautiful vacation In our happy place!

We absolutely loved our May vacation at Ms. Gail’s place at Lae Lani. She is so nice to work with and everything you need is available when you arrive. The condo is so close to the beach you can almost touch it from the balcony. It’s so peaceful there too. The beach isn’t crowded here so awesome! Can’t wait to return.
