Maintenance needed

Location was great and we enjoyed the pool and kids splash pad. Laundry room door was off the track and falling. Furniture in the living room is very worn and needing replacing and the bunk beds were very rickety. Also our baby’s knees were very dirty from crawling on the floor indicating it wasn’t cleaned very well.

Great View of the Gulf!!

If you are looking for a condo with a view, this one has it!. You get a great view of the gulf from this 4th floor unit. The condo was clean and had an adequate supply of towels and linens for 8 people. There were a couple of issues with the hall bath shower knob and the patio doors, which we reported to the desk. Couple of closet doors were missing or off. Dryer does take a long time to dry but appeared to be working just not drying well. Kitchen was adequately stocked except for silverware--we had to keep washing utensils to have enough to eat with. Overall, we were happy with the condo and the view and its convenience to grocery stores and restaurant. Needs a few fixes, but would rent again.

The condo was nice although there were some maintenance issues, a broken bunk bed, plus a dryer that didn’t work well at all! And a broken door to the laundry area. Overall a nice place but needs some upkeep!!!

The unit was in need of updating. Overall ok but I wouldn’t stay here again.

Unit had broken shower door, broken toilet handle, broken bunk bed held together with piece of wood zip-tied to the outside, broken can opener. Missing chair to the dining set. Dryer took 3 hours to dry clothes. Sand in one of the beds at beginning of stay. The sliding doors to the balcony were hard to open. There were areas of the unit that needed cleaning. I also would have expected toilet paper and garbage bags to be furnished throughout the stay. On the plus side, pool areas and splash pad were very nice.
