Comfortably sleeps 3 people! You will also be in very close proximity to the Medical Center, NRG Stadium, Hermann Park, with easy access to major highways. Walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, and other points of Interest. If you are looking for quality and comfort then this place is for you!

The bedroom is equipped with a Queen size posturepedic medium firm mattress and floor mattress in closet. In the bedroom there is a 40in Smart Ruku TV. In the living room there is a sofa w/50in smart TV w/ Netflix. High speed wifi internet with cable TV. The Kitchen is fully equipped to eat, cook, & drink.

Will receive remote access into the gated Complex, reserved covered parking, resort style pool, coffee bar, business, & fitness center.

We had a wonderful stay after a small hiccup with access to the complex which was taken care of immediately by the host. Even though we did not have a deck view of the pool we enjoyed a couple hours soaking up the sun at the beautiful pool area. The club room was also a plus.

If you are attending an event at NRG this is the place to stay (12 minute walk)! Ugo was exceptionally responsive! Having a washer and dryer in the unit was huge, and I utilized the full kitchen which saved time and money on meals! I felt like a few extra blankets would have been helpful, and there were no trash bags to replace the one we used, but those were super minor things compared to the quality we got for a very fair price.

Great location to Rice and medical district. Very secure and felt safe - but I had trouble figuring out how to check in and out with all of the texts, emails, apps… I’m sure someone younger would have an easier time. Don’t expect to be cooking much unless you know how to make everything in an instant pot. The kitchen was minimally equipped. Overall, a good stay, just a few challenges.

Great apartment, location & owner communication!

I enjoyed my stay very much. The property is in a very good/safe location and the closeness of stores/restaurants was very nice. Very nice clubhouse and pool. I would definitely stay here again!

Quiet and simple

This was a good location. Central to wherever we were going. Even though it is a large complex it was very quiet. The unit has the needed amenities. The host was quick to reply and provide assistance when needed.

A very homey place.

We stayed about 2.5 month for my daughter's treatment, very comfortable and homey, close to everywhere, host was very nice offered a discount to save our longstay expenses.Any needs or questions are responded to very quickly.
