We had a great weekend in DC. The townhouse was close to the Wharf and a short Uber ride to the museums. The townhouse was absolutely charming, the original hardwood floors and the skylights were gorgeous. Highly recommend.

Stayed here for 7/4/26. The AC worked very well, and was greatly appreciated! Property is a short walk from Metro. We were two couples and the house suited our purposes. There isn’t a grocery store nearby, so we had to uber to get supplies. Also, if you’re bringing supplies in, be aware that the coffee maker is a Keurig. Items provided were bare bones. No “extra” groceries appeared to be left behind by previous guests (not a complaint, just an observation). There also weren’t any games, cards, books, or movies. Restaurants are a short walk away, but no coffee shops. Overall, the host and property were great and we had an amazing vacation. My observations are more an FYI than criticism.

ice location with easy access to activities

Property was clean and in a great location. Included parking space greatly reduced stress of travel. Location was in walking distance to many nice restaurants and activities as well as access to metro to get to the mall and Smithsonian museums. I would stay here again without hesitation.

The duplex is within walking distance from Navy Yard and the Wharf, where we had lots of dining options. The walk to the Capital Mall, memorials, museums, White House, etc. was relatively flat and we enjoyed the many green spaces along the way. It definitely met our vacation needs!

Great townhouse across the street from the Nationals stadium and close to many restaurants and activities! Perfectly fit our needs for the weekend, although the twin bed in the listing is actually a pull out sofa bed with a mattress that was in rough condition. The host was very responsive to our questions and the check-in/check-out process was seamless. Parking behind the unit was convenient, but larger vehicles may have difficulties due to it being narrow. I would definitely rent again!

Working at Nationals Stadium

This location is directly across from the stadium. For me and my coworker it was the best possible situation. The owner was on top of anything I asked him about and made the process of checking in flawless. The unit was exactly the way the photos looked and was very comfortable and made unwinding after work pleasurable

The size of the home was beautiful. But everything in it was run down, dirty, or broken, aside from the appliances. The location was incredibly convenient, directly across from the stadium, which was the main reason that we chose the location. In addition to it boasting having a hot tub on site, which it did not. Yhe listing said that it was within walking distance to many features of dc, that was found to be false. The three trash cans were full to the brim, and we were greeted by a family of rats while we spent time outside, which was preferable rather than being inside, where we were afraid to sit on the furniture. Overall, I believe we paid entirely too much foy this rental and I don't see myself using VRBO again, if this is the state in which a rental can be anticipated. I took dozens of pictures, documenting the damage that was preexisting as well as the lack of cleanliness throughout the home, just to be sure that I would not be charged for anything that was wrong with the home prior to our arrival. I can gladly send you those pictures upon request.
