Tropic Winds is a 164 unit, 4 floors of private parking under condominiums, located near the prime intersection of highway 79 and Front Beach Road and close to the Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport, shopping at the fabulous Pier Park and 30A.

Located on the 13th floor, Not too High and Not too Low, this contemporary professionally designed 2 bedroom, 2 full bath condo will provide you with the luxury and comfort needed to rejuvenate your mind, body and spirit. Purchased in September 2016, this unit operates on a keyless entry system. The new owners have spared no expense with new décor and furnishings. Amazing Sunsets

Lovely accommodations supplied with everything you need for your stay. The balcony is its best asset which is where we spent most of our time. Several choices of places to eat are within walking distance and a short drive to many more.

The views were beautiful and the condo was so comfortable and tastefully decorated. The location was perfect for families looking for a quieter end of the beach with easy access to restaurants and shopping. The elevators were speedy and the hot tub and pool were a bonus. The owners were very easy to work with! Nothing but a great experience!

We stayed in this condo for a couple of days during spring break 2019. The condo was great for my family, very comfortable! And the beach was wonderful as well, very family friendly. Although it was pretty chilly due to the wind so the beach probably wasn't as crowded as it would be with warm weather. It was great having the beach service as well with the chairs and umbrella.

Condo was well equipped, clean, modern, perfect for four but could sleep six. Wifi nice and strong--important to some folks! Complex is family oriented. Only complaint is there are three gas grills for the whole place and 2 and a 1/2 of them were non functioning. There are two charcoal grills but you better get your food done before dark because there is no lighting nearby! The two beach chairs that come with the rental were a nice bonus.

Everything We Needed & Wanted

It was a great location on the beach, at the end of the hallway and a corner balcony. The kitchen was stocked with everything that we would have needed. I sat out on the balcony every morning and any other time possible. The sun rises and sunsets were amazing. The communication from the owners for all necessary steps of making our stay perfect was always right on time and thorough. We will try to come back in the near future, when we can get away. And of course, tell all of our friends. Thank you.

Shark Teeth!

Perfect condo for a family! Our favorite part was the huge balcony with the gorgeous views!! Extremely clean and spacious. Absolutely loved the large updated master bathroom shower. Awesome large hot tub and nice pool. The parking spot for this condo was in a very convenient location. The kitchen was well stocked and we ended up cooking a lot. This condo is located on the West side and is still close to all of the fun things to do in PCB! Watched some really incredible storms over the gulf from our balcony and then found shark teeth fossils in the water afterwards!! The owners take very good care of their condo and guests and are quick to respond to any questions. We will be staying in this PCB condo from now on!

Incredible balcony and condo

The condo look amazing. It was fully stocked with everything you need. The balcony is huge with lots of seating. The views were awesome! The beds were very comfortable and the second room is larger than expected. This complex has assigned parking so there is no need to search out a spot. This unit has a spot on the first floor of the parking deck right next to the elevator and directly across from the beach access. You come right off the beach and there is your car to put things away for the day and not carry up to the room. The owners are very quick to respond about anything. I can't wait to book through the same owners again.

Perfect Beach and View

Rented this condo for a girl's trip. The condo was clean and as described except the oven was super slow and the toaster set off the smoke alarm every am. There was a gorgeous view of the coastline for the sunset. Beach was beautiful and the balcony view perfect. Be sure you tell Scott you have 2 cars so he can leave 2 tags. We didn't realize that we had to have a tag for both the lower level garages and the 'open' parking across the street. The signage at Tropic Winds and the binder in the condo are open to interpretation and we had a car towed for an additional $240 + $15 for a hang tag we should have had from the beginning. Also, beware of leaving the condo after 9am checkout without all your belongs. The code changes at 9:01 and you will not be able to get back in.

Great Spring Break Stay!

We have stayed at Tropic Winds previously and decided to stay here again due to the great amenities and well kept grounds. The building staff, including the team that handles the beach chairs and umbrellas, are all friendly and helpful. The unit itself was clean, comfortable. and beautifully decorated. The communication will the owners was wonderful and they responded to every question immediately. Would definitely stay in this unit again.

Tropic Winds is a smaller Condo that has many amenities and boasts one of the Largest Balconies on the beach (10 ft x 28ft). This condo is conveniently located on the west end of Panama City Beach. Location, Location, Location! It is 6 miles to 30A, 2 miles to Pier Park for shopping, eating, and the pier. Our condo is on the west end of the building, and not too high and not too low.

What makes this property unique

One of our favorite features of this condo is its location... on the west END of the building. We can see the sunsets, and the views all the way to San Destin. The gulf breezes are amazing on our end unit which makes it more comfortable for sitting on the large balcony where we begin each day with coffee watching the sea life and end it with breath taking sunsets.
