Goodwin Party 2022

The condo itself was very nice and very comfortable for my family. The only complaint I have is the flooding of the parking lot (I know it probably couldn't be helped). Great location and easy check in/check out!

Great staycation

Overally this was a very cute property and our family had a great staycation. We had read from other reviews that most essentials were not provided so we were prepared. There were a few trashbags, 2 dishwasher pods, a sponge, a sample pack of dish soap, and bar soap in the bathrooms. If youre a coffee drinker be sure to bring filters. The soundbar in the second bedroom did not work. The balcony was lovely. Close proximity to the pool and beach. Beds were comfortable.

Perfect location Terrible property management. Beds were gross, spent the first day trying to reach someone in property management to replace a mattress that looked like someone had been murdered! Will never rent anything from this company again! Location was great! Just not clean at all

Family getaway

Great location; loved the pool and easy ocean access. Condo was well stocked and met all our needs for the stay. Loved that plenty of towels were provided. Had several complaints/issues during our stay (cockroaches, water not draining in tub, power outage one night, and coin exchange machine in laundry facility not working). All of these matters were promptly addressed. I was very satisfied with response times and communication. The condo itself could use a little updating and some repair, but I think the pros outweighed the cons. For the money paid, I did expect a bit nicer home..but the spacious 2nd bedroom (with 4 beds) was accommodating for our teens. I would stay here again, my sister stated she would not. That's my review. :)

14 day stay

Needed hand soap in bathrooms and more trash bags. The toilet in half bath was running.

Loved the condo but no supplies at all!!!!

I don’t usually write reviews but I felt people should know there is nothing supply wise. No condiments at all, not even salt or pepper. I can kind of get over those things but there wasn’t even coffee filters provided. I understand maybe not providing coffee but if you have a filter requiring pot, you have to buy a whole pack. Really dumb. And no trash bags were provided and we had to take Trash out at the end. Lucky we had some grocery bags. I would love to rate this condo higher as it’s great location to the beach and the second room fit all of our kids. So I had a love/hate relationship with this place.

While we are unable to provide food items (including seasoning) in our units to protect our guest who may have allergies, we do put forth our very best efforts to inform you of this in advance. We do have an initial supply of standard amenities such as trash bags, toilet paper and paper towels to get you through the first 24 hours, but recommend if you are staying for several days/weeks that you bring some from home or plan to purchase in town. In our informational Guest Portal sent out prior to arrival, we have a detailed list of things we provide and do not provide in an effort to keep our guest well informed. Would not stay here again

VRBO website was not great. Had to call to make a payment. Emails look like spam. Text option was nice and personnel was helpful over the phone. Property signage was BAD! Needs signs for which buildings are accessed in which entrance. Need sign to beach access. Only one gate to pool with was extremely inconvenient. Lights out on stairwell (did fix right away after I called). Property was just OK. Beds were not comfortable. Tiles in kitchen and bath were cracked. In need of some updating. Only one full bathroom was not ideal. Would have loved to have laundry machines in the condo. On-site laundry facility was clean but inconvenient and expensive. Pool was not heated so was not really usable except for my 7 year old. Management decided to repair a pool tile on the busiest/nicest day and drained several inches of the water and limited access. Access to beach was not close and was not visible from most buildings.
