This beautiful 3rd floor END UNIT beachfront condo is the perfect place for a relaxing vacation at the gulf. This one bedroom, two bath, condo is fully stocked for a wonderful time! The large master bedroom easily accommodates the king size bed with plenty of room to spare. There is a full bath attached to the master bedroom and another full bathroom down the hall. There is a full kitchen with refrigerator, dish washer, garbage disposal, oven and stove, microwave, coffee maker and all the utensils and cooking gear you will need. There is a separate dining room and a spacious living room with a sleeper sofa, flat screen TV and lots of seating. This unit has an unbelievable view of the ocean from the private "L" balcony with plenty of seating to view those gorgeous sunsets. This unit has a full laundry room across from the front door of the condo. The complex has a large swimming pool, a game room with pool table, shuffleboard court and tennis court and plenty of parking. Whether you enjoy laying around the pool or sitting on the beach until after sunset, you will enjoy this smaller family complex that is close enough to restaurants and nightlife, but not right next door to it. Mariner East Condominiums is about .5 mile from St Andrews State Park and about 2.5 miles from the start of Front Beach Rd. We rent to families....or if all adults are age 25 or older. This is the place to make those wonderful family memories!
