Unit has 2 queen sized beds in master with flat screen TV and along with sleeper sofa in the living room - sleeps 6 people. The condo has beautiful new furniture with sofa and love seat and a large flat screen TV in living room. Linens included are sheets, blankets, bath towels, etc., but bring your own beach towels. As a small complex you can easily take the elevator or stairs to the pool area or go out the fence to the beach. Perfect for families with small children or seniors. This condo offers the perfect combination - the convenience smaller complex with the amenities of an upscale condominium. Mariner East is close to St. Andrews State Park and minutes away from 1 million sq ft of shopping at Pier Park. We rent to families....or if all adults are age 25 or older.
