Bed and pull-out couch were in good condition, sheets and extra pillows were easy to find, parking was simple, and being close to downtown made our stay easy.
Great little home away from home for our adventure. Cute, clean room, huge living area. A binder with local information provided. Perfect place. Would stay there again. Jason the host was great with direction and responded quickly to messages.

What stood out with staying here was how peaceful it was. It’s an adorable place and we felt at home and very relaxed. I wanted to set up a chair and sit by the pond but unfortunately, due to the cold/windy weather, that did not happen. Next time. It is walking distance to Main St. in Julian. Also, anytime we asked a question it was answered within minutes! Highly recommend this place!
Charming, cabin-themed place. Very neat and clean, offering all the amenities of home. Fantastic location allowing for a quiet stay away from the hustle and bustle, but a mere 2-3 mins. from downtown action. Great shopping and plentiful eateries are found in this delightful and friendly mountain community. Easy check-in. The host is readily available and most accommodating. We highly recommend this little gem without hesitation and would happily stay again.George & Becky M.Victorville, CA

Serene, quiet space with more than enough room for two people. The location relative to downtown Julian is perfect during the busy season, as you can avoid majority of the traffic that occurs near Julian Orchard Ranch and still access downtown Julian within minutes. Would absolutely stay here again.
Our second time staying here. It was great just like the last time. Very clean great location only thing different. This time is the pond was dried up. Other than that it’s a great place. We will be staying again. Julian was a pretty cool little town on Halloween night

It's a very good property conveniently located within walking distance or a very short drive to the center of the town. The place is very quiet and safe.
Super wonderful spot located just about 1/4 mile outside of the main strip on Julian. Ample space A-frame style with upgraded , and all the comforts of home. Everything you need to have a wonderful weekend is here plenty of space for extra kids and even a pet. Upgraded decor and friendly and responsive owner. Th place was stocked and ready when we arrived early. Heating and Ac were perfect for the in between weather in San Diego in Fall. This property shares the structure with business which close early and are hardly noticeable that they are even there due to private back entrance and front door orientation. A pleasure to stay at! Nice to be able to tak in the sights and activities in and around Julian from this location.
I had a wonderful time in this cozy clean location. It's extremely close to downtown Julian, which was convenient. The manager is extremely helpful and friendly! Definately plan on going back!

Noriko, Thanks for your stay and feedback. I am glad it was cooler at the rental than at your home and after the hot days we have had recently and thanks for letting the maintenance person defrost the AC while you were in town. Warmly, Jason
Thank you Gustavo. I hope you really enjoyed the town of Julian along with some of the amenities I try to provide all the guests. The record player is my favorite. Please stay again soon.
Warmly,
Jason
Thank you Eric. I do think the location is great. Short ride or walk into town and a brewery across the parking lot. Hopefully you will be back.
Warmly,
Jason

I live in San Diego County with my wife and daughter. This accommodation has been traditionally rented out month to month but has been recently remodeled and I am opening it up to people who would like to use for vacations and seasonal use.
Why they chose this property
This property is located on top of a commercial building used by the locals and is at the end of town that has less traffic than Main Street Julian, but feels like it is in it's own private hide away and is close to town if you want to walk.
What makes this property unique
This accommodation is located on the second story of the regional strip mall that has the Julian Newspaper, Chiropractor, Massage Theripist, Real Estate Office, & local fire & emergency center. Located across the street from the Nickel Beer Co. Situated on over 3 acres of property with an open field in the back that can be utilized for pets and horses.
