5 minute walk to public beach access, at the corner of Collier & Winterberry.
2 minute walk to mini golf, Marco Golf & Garden, La Tavola restaurant next to this,
Marco Walk Plaza accross the street from mini golf with Davinci’s fine Italian,
Oyster Society, Marco Prime steaks & Seafood, 2Shea’s Salty Dog, Nacho Mamas, Pinchers crab house,
Dolce Mare sweet treats, Beebe's ice cream, Marco movie theater, numerous shops.

13 foot ceilings. 11 foot ceilings in bedrooms. Great room, kitchen with eating area, dining room. Tiled throughout, granite counters throughout

Primary bedroom is on opposite side of house from other three bedrooms, French doors to lanai, king bed, walk in closet, master bath with large shower, 2 sink vanity.

Bedroom 2 has queen bed, walk in closet, French doors to lanai, bath with large shower.
