Deceptive Practices by Property Management Group

If anything about your Vrbo account is connected with Miami Reservations or Miami Dream Rentals, I would steer clear. After check in, a rep came back to document damage to a fridge tray that took place before we arrived, with a previous tenant. We didn’t feel the need to document it ourselves. The rep and both agencies mentioned are now claiming the damage took place during our stay and denying altogether that someone came back to document the damage. There are essentially 2 or 3 business operating as DBAs and LLCs for this property management, and to flat out lie to my family about having to come back into the property after checking in, for soemthing like a fridge tray, should speak for itself with regards to character of company you are dealing with here. Save your money, find a hotel.

Great mid beach condo

Perfect location with pool and beach-walking distance to great places to eat. Love the area. One of the nicer old condo buildings that allow VRBO rentals. Would rent again.
