This apartment is located in a historic building that was completed in 1853 -seven years before Abraham Lincoln became president! Recent renovations include all new furniture and modern updated galley kitchen. Located blocks from Charlestons best restaurants, shopping & Charleston harbor. Rooms are huge with tall ceilings and antique fireplaces. Enjoy the large covered piazzas (porches) as the horse carriages pass by.

We had a fantastic girls' weekend in Charleston and really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect—close to everything we wanted to do, yet still a great place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the city.The home was comfortable, well-equipped, and had plenty of space for our group. We enjoyed spending time together there between outings, and it served as the perfect home base for our trip.The host was responsive and helpful, and the check-in process was straightforward. This 1850s house is lovely on the inside. The kitchen has all your basic needs . Paul was great to work with and many places are within easy walking distance. We loved our stay and highky recommend it for others.

Paul and Anna were great hosts and the location of this property was fabulous. Great for walk-ability with a Target close by for all the necessities and so many good dining options nearby. The building is old and not without some quirks for sure. It’s a little damp smelling (Charleston is very humid so this was understandable) and creaky so if you’re incredibly particular this place might not be the one for you. It worked out very well for our group though. Make sure to check out the postcards left in the kitchen for some excellent recommendations and if you need anything - Paul was very responsive and helpful!

Loved my stay in this spacious clean 2nd floor unit with a well equipped kitchen and comfortable living space. Hosts were very thoughtful in providing snacks that I would appreciate. Enjoyed spending time relaxing on the outdoor porch and found it easy to walk to shopping, restaurants and the waterfront.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The home was beautiful, comfortable, and had so much charm. Everything was clean and well cared for, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. The owners were very kind, responsive, and so accommodating throughout our stay. They truly went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Will definitely be a trip to remember and we would happily stay here again and highly recommend to anyone staying in Charleston!
