Whether shopping on King Street, enjoying Spoleto Festival, visiting the College of Charleston or the Aquarium, or strolling through the Old City Market, you will find this location to be a few minutes walk to all.

There is a private garden with patio for your exclusive enjoyment. The apartment is newly furnished with classic Charleston chests, chairs, and rice planter queen bed. The apartment is separate from the main house - with a private entrance.

The kitchen has modern appliances and marble counter and is fully functional if you decide to forgo a meal at the fine neighborhood restaurants to stay in for a night.

The dining area has a table that will seat four.

For entertainment there is an Smart HD television with cable and internet provided.

The carriage house is charming, delightful and so unique to stay in historic Charleston. Our stay was very peaceful, quiet and private, yet you are within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Our hosts thought of everything and we enjoyed the chance to meet them.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the Carriage House. We were right in the middle of the historic district and everything we wanted to do was within walking distance; shopping, restaurants, historic sites, waterfront parks. Our cosy apartment was furnished with tasteful antiques and the kitchen had amenities galore! There was a private backyard patio and fountain to relax by after a busy day of sightseeing. Virginia, our host, could not have been more accommodating and friendly. We look forward to our next stay in this historic house in Charleston!

Fantastic weekend getaway! Great location.

We were in town for a long weekend to attend a friend's wedding and we could not have chosen a better place to stay. The location is wonderful - we walked to amazing restaurants, shops, and sites.
