Although the property was beautiful, the upkeep is slightly neglected. All the vents in the house had black mold around them. There was cobwebs in the living room and kitchen. The GLASS shower door in one of the upstairs rooms was broken and very dangerous if not opened slowly. Black mold in the showers. We had to wait to check in because property was not finished, they rushed so it made me believe they did not finish cleaning. I requested a late check out and the cleaning crew stood by the front door 45 mins earlier than check out making it extremely uncomfortable. None of the TV remotes were working and i requested assistance for 3 days till someone finally came. The front desk didn’t seem to understand and kept insisting it was the internet. The trash box by the front door was half way full with loose garbage when we arrived and they never fully cleaned it out, it was rather disgusting. The listing advertised a hot tub however, you had to pay for the amenity. The house was spacious however i do not believe we will be back to rent from this property. To be relatively “new” it had a lot of wear and tear that was ignored. The walkway to the front door was like doing leg day at the gym, extremely inclined and a struggle. I would recommend management invests in mattress covers for the beds to prevent future stains. There were food items and personal items left by the previous tenant which also leads me to believe cleaning wasn’t done properly. We had a great time at the pool. I strongly suggest cleaning is a little more thorough considering covid is on the rise.
