6 bed 5.5 bath Home with Pool 14 MINUTES AWAY from Disney. We’re back on VRBO!

This is the premier Disneyworld rental home which features 6 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, and 9 Smart TV's. We are 14 minutes away from Magic Kingdom. The house is 3,188 square feet, and can sleep 14 people, and also comes with a pool and hot tub. New floors in downstairs living room, upstairs living room, dining room, hallways, and stairs (as of May - 2023). New kitchen cabinets and drawers (as of May - 2023). New HVAC system (as of Sep - 2023). We’re back on VRBO after a 15-month hiatus!

The space
This home is perfect for families that travel together. Experience luxury as well as modern technology with large Smart TV’s (featuring Netflix and Disney+), a smart lock**, and a smart thermostat that keeps the temperature always comfortable.

First Floor:
-Master bedroom downstairs (King, SmartTV 4k 58”)
- Living room (SmartTV 4k 65”)
- Dining room (8 people), nook (4 people), breakfast bar (4 people). Plenty of space for everyone to sit and enjoy a meal together.
- Kitchen (refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, cups, plates, pots, pans, utensils, serving trays, coffee maker, etc.)
- Games room (pool table, foosball table, sofabed, SmartTV 55”)
-Social Bath
-Full bath with direct access to the swimming pool
-Heated pool and spa***
-Please note, there is a security camera on the front porch.

Second Floor:
-Master bedroom upstairs (King bed, SmartTV 4k 58”)
-Family room (SmartTV 4k 65”)
-Jack & Jill Full Bathroom
-Queen room (Queen size bed, SmartTV 4k 58”)
-Double Twin Room (2 Twin beds, SmartTV 30”). This bedroom connects to the Queen Room through the Full Jack & Jill bathroom. Perfect for families with small children.
-King Room (King bed, SmartTV 4k 58”)
-Frozen Room. (2 Twin beds, SmartTV 4k 58”).
-Full Bathroom. This bathroom is located between the King Room and Frozen Room. However, this bathroom does not have direct access to either room.

The home has one pack n play, baby feeding table, and stroller.

**Smart phone required, app available for Android and Apple Devices. Pin provided if no access to smart phone is available.
***Pool can be heated for an additional $40/day fee with a minimum 3-day charge. Please note the spa heat is connected to the pool heat.

Great family getaway

The house was as described. Plenty of room for our entire group. Close to Disney parks. There were a few small things that did not work, but nothing that impacted our stay. The host responded quickly and stated those things would be fixed. We would definitely stay here again.

Family Disney lodging experience

The property was spacious and clean. Great for our family of nine. Grandkids each had their own Disney themed bedroom that they loved. Was only 15-20 minute drive to Disney parks. Great pool, hot tub, & outdoor area.
