Apartment Description

Self contained studio apartment is located on the ground floor can sleep a family of five or two couples in comfort. Apartment features two rooms with a kitchenette, a living area and bathroom with a corner spa bath and seperate shower. The living area has 2 sofas, TV, DVD, writing desk this room leads out to the paved patio area. The queen bed is also part of the living room. Kitchenette has a dining area, hotplates, microwave, wall mounted TV with DVD, under bench fridge. The double bunk bed with single on top is also part of the kitchenette.

Bedding Configuration: Queen bed, Tri bunk bed consisting of double bed with single bed on top.
- Linen is provided as well as bath towels. Extra blankets are in the cupboard if needed.

- Please do not take the bath towels to the beach and only use the bath towel provided on your bed.

Facilities

Split system air conditioning and heating, electric hotplates, Microwave, Fridge, Toaster, Kettle, pots and pans, crockery etc, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, clock radio, TV, DVD, Portacot available, Off street car parking, Non smoking indoors.

The location is ideal, walking distance to the Main street and it’s practically on the beach. Clean, neat and well set out apartment. Two separate sleeping areas was great for the kids.

I highly recommend staying here.

This apartment was very clean and spacious and in a fantastic location right across from the beach and park which my boys loved. The beds were so comfortable and Debbie the host was amazing with communication and checking in with us during our stay we even got to meet Debbie as she was staying on the island. Debbie was such a lovely person. I highly recommend this place we will definitely be back.

Perfect and cute

Stayed with my hubby and 3 children. The kids liked the bunk bed room which had their own tv and sliding door to separate them from us at sleep times. The view was amazing of the nature, water and vessels from our bedroom/sitting room. We loved the location as it was very inspiring to go for daily morning walks. We would definitely stay again.

Quiet, comfortable, great location

The apartment was comfortable and clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our break here. Access to the unit via code was great as we weren’t trying to keep a key safe and it gave our family flexibility. It was just as expected based on the photos. Would recommend to family and friends. The location is perfect - easy stroll to the main street, lovely beach strolls and park just across the road and it’s quiet too - even when the Easter markets were just outside. There must be some great soundproofing as it was noisy outdoors and we couldn’t hear anything inside.Thanks for the lovely accommodation.

Can't beat the location!

Apartment is small but has everything you need. The 'grown ups room' is bright and big and looks out over the bay. The kitchen has all you need for simple cooking. Make sure you plan ahead and get everything you need out of the fridge/do your cooking before the kids go down. The bathroom is big and clean and we enjoyed the 'big bath'. The location is amazing. The short walk to the beach, playground, cafe and pub were worth their weight in gold! We will be back!

I live in Melbourne and love to holiday at Phillip Island as much as I can.
I am married and have three adult children.
We enjoy overseas travel and have been to many places with many more still to explore.

I holiday rent my two apartments in Cowes (Waves Phillip Island) Apt 321 & 110 as well as a holiday house in Cowes (Hideaway by the sea) which are all within walking distance to the beach.

Unfortunately I don't get to meet my guests as I don't live on the island but I do make myself available anytime by phone or email.
I do my best to make both apartments and my house a comfortable and an enjoyable place to stay. I hope you enjoy :)
