Comfort is our priority, and we’re disappointed we didn’t have the opportunity to address this while you were in-house, as Weekenda is available 24/7 to assist with any issues. We inspected the air conditioning after your stay and would like to clarify that each bedroom is equipped with its own air conditioning unit and individual controls. During very warm weekends, when the temperature is set to very low levels (16–17°C), most systems struggle to reach that setting quickly. We completely understand the desire for a cooler environment, and we would have been happy to assist if contacted during your stay.
